GICJ participated in the celebrations organized by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights at the occasion of its 20th anniversary and the Human Rights Day 2013. During the PM discussion with Christof Heyns, Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary executions, GICJ raised the question of extrajudicial executions in Iraq and what the international community can do, when a country persistently and deliberately ignores international calls.
