The 9th of April marks 22 years since the start of the US occupation of Iraq, which began after they launched a war of aggression on 20 March 2003. The devastation caused by this war was horrific, and its consequences are still deeply felt today. Millions of lives were shattered, and yet, accountability for this destruction remains absent. We reflect not only to remember the past but to demand justice and action. It’s time for those responsible to be held accountable, and for the world to take real steps towards healing.
