Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, in his last address as the High Commissioner for Human Rights from September 2014 to September 2018 addressed members of diplomatic missions in Geneva, UN bodies, and civil society at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland on the 28th of August 2018 and received a well deserved standing ovation.
